Fine Arts
Fine Arts Program: Inspiring Creativity, Innovation, and Expression
At Edison Elementary School, our Fine Arts program is a cornerstone of our curriculum, offering students rich opportunities to explore their creativity, think critically, and express themselves in meaningful ways. Through an integrated approach with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and Music, we nurture the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.
⚙️ STEAM
Our STEAM program combines creativity with innovation, encouraging students to explore the connections between science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Through hands-on projects like building bridges, coding simple machines, or designing 3D models, students learn to think critically, solve real-world problems, and work collaboratively. It’s where curiosity meets creativity—and learning comes to life.
🎶 Music
Music education at Edison introduces students to rhythm, melody, composition, and performance. Through singing, instrument exploration, movement, and music appreciation, students gain a deep understanding of musical concepts and cultures. Our music classes promote listening skills, emotional expression, and a lifelong love for music—while also strengthening memory, coordination, and language development.
