Our K-5 elementary school provides a strong academic foundation through high-quality, evidenced-based programs. In English Language Arts, students engage in the CKLA English Language Arts curriculum which combines systematic skills instruction with rich, knowledge-based content. Knowledge-based content means that students are exposed to science and social studies content and concepts when reading, listening, speaking and writing. Aligned with the Science of Reading, this approach helps our youngest learners become confident, fluent readers.
Eureka Math guides students through carefully sequenced lessons that build deep understanding over time, using consistent models and strategies year after year. Our science and social studies programs, Generation Genius, K-5, and Gallopade, 3-5, bring learning to life with hands-on experiences and meaningful investigations. Encore programs for music, physical education and STEAM (which integrates science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) provide students with ample opportunities to learn new skills and build their talents and interests. Through this well-rounded approach, students are prepared not only for academic success, but for a lifetime of learning.
